L’obiettivo generale è migliorare la formazione professionale e l’inclusione dei giovani europei con lievi disturbi dello spettro autistico nel mercato del lavoro o nel mondo accademico, in particolare nel campo dell’agricoltura sociale, che è considerata l’attività lavorativa più adatta per le persone con questa disabilità in quanto consente un contatto continuo con la natura e gli animali e le cui attività sono considerate particolarmente efficaci in termini di terapia e riabilitazione.
The main objective is to improve the vocational training and inclusion of young Europeans with mild autism spectrum disorders in the labour market or in the academic world, specifically in the field of social farming, which is considered the most adapted work activity for people with this disability as it allows continuous contact with nature and animals and whose activities are considered particularly effective in terms of therapy and rehabilitation.
I risultati attesi dal progetto sono:
- Percorso formativo alternativo e possibilità concrete di impiego nel settore agricolo o interesse a proseguire gli studi in questo ambito.
- Miglioramento a livello relazionale e maggiore indipendenza dalla famiglia
- Miglioramento della lingua inglese e delle competenze digitali.
- Aumento della partecipazione al programma Erasmus da parte di persone svantaggiate
- Favorire lo scambio tra le parti interessate con una forte attenzione all’inclusività.
The expected results of the project are:

SOS Diritti e Legalità è un’associazione di volontariato nata a Roma il 23 gennaio 2012 con l’intento di promuovere legalità e giustizia, sollecitare la società civile nella lotta alle mafie e promuovere i diritti umani subito e ovunque, con coraggio, passione, efficacia e competenza.
E’ un associazione apartitica, aconfessionale, senza discriminazione di razza, sesso, religione, lingua, nazionalità, ideologia politica ed esclude qualsiasi fine di lucro e persegue finalità di solidarietà umana.
E’ regolarmente iscritta nell’apposito Registro Regionale e disciplinata dalla Legge 266/91.
Fin dalla sua fondazione giovani avvocati e praticanti abilitati alla professione forense hanno deciso di destinare il proprio tempo alla collettività mettendo a disposizione le proprie competenze.
SOS Diritti e Legalità si propone di diffondere una maggiore consapevolezza dei diritti dei cittadini ed una valorizzazione dei ruoli da essi svolti nei diversi contesti sociali, ampliando la conoscenza dei diritti e dei doveri connessi ai ruoli stessi.
A livello internazionale, fin dalla fonazione è attiva in campo europeo, partecipando a diversi progetti europei (in particolare Gioventù in azione e Erasmus Plus).
SOS Diritti e Legalità is a non-profit association founded in Rome on the 23rd of January 2012 with the aim of promoting legality and justice, urging civil society in the fight against mafias and promoting human rights immediately and everywhere, with courage, passion, effectiveness and competence.
It is a non-partisan, non-denominational association, without discrimination of race, sex, religion, language, nationality, political ideology and excludes any profit-making purpose and pursues human solidarity.
It is properly registered in the appropriate Regional Register and governed by Law 266/91. Since its foundation, young lawyers and trainees qualified to practice law have decided to devote their time to the community by making their skills available.
SOS Diritti e Legalità aims to disseminate a greater awareness of citizens’ rights and an appreciation of the roles they play in different social contexts, expanding knowledge of the rights and duties associated with these roles.

ECA – ENTE CITTADINO DI ASSITENZA ONLUS
L’ECA nasce con la denominazione di Associazione “Pegaso” nel 1993,e dal 1998 acquisisce la qualifica di organizzazione non lucrativa di utilità sociale – ONLUS. Da allora sono al servizio dei cittadini e della solidarietà per dare una vera speranza a chi ci crede ancora.
Grazie alle loro professionalità specifiche e alla grande esperienza maturata nel tempo, gestiscono progetti a breve e lungo termine nel settore sociale, educativo e formativo.
I settori di maggiore interesse sono quelli inerenti alla famiglia, all’infanzia, all’adolescenza e alle politiche di integrazione a favore dell’immigrazione.
Inoltre, operano su categorie meno visibili ma altrettanto disagiate quali detenuti, ex detenuti, e prostitute. Il loro aiuto è rivolto a coloro che vogliono cambiare davvero e che cercano di riprendersi in mano la propria vita.
The association ECA was founded under the name ‘Pegaso’ Association in 1993, and since 1998 has acquired the status of a non-profit organisation of social utility – ONLUS. Since then they have been at the service of citizens and solidarity to give real hope to those who still believe.
Thanks to their specific skills and extensive experience, they manage short and long-term projects in the social, educational and training sectors.
Their main areas of interest are family, childhood, adolescence and integration policies in favour of immigration.
Besides, they work with less visible but equally disadvantaged groups such as prisoners, ex-prisoners, and prostitutes. They help those who really want to change and who are trying to take their lives back into their own hands.
EDUCATION AND LOBBYING NEL SKOPJE
L’associazione PEL è un’organizzazione non governativa senza fini di lucro con l’obiettivo di migliorare la situazione dei giovani e delle donne in tutti i settori della vita sociale. Ciò si ottiene promuovendo i diritti umani, il volontariato e i loro valori e rendendo queste cose possibili a tutti i cittadini. I membri del PEL appartengono a diversi gruppi etnici, religiosi o di genere che vivono in Macedonia dall’età di 16 anni. Lavorano su diversi ambiti: diritti umani, questioni di genere, consapevolezza comunitaria, inclusione dei gruppi emarginati e delle minoranze, migrazioni, volontariato. PEL collabora con lo SVE (Servizio Volontario Europeo) dal 2004 e ha ospitato e inviato molti volontari.
Association PEL is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation to improve the situation of young people and women in all areas of social life. This is achieved by the promotion of human rights and voluntarism and their values and by making these things possible for all citizens. Members of PEL belong to different ethnic, religious, or gender groups that live in Macedonia on age from 16 years old. Main fields in which they work on: human rights, gender issues, community awareness, the inclusion of marginalized groups and minorities, migration, and voluntarism. PEL has been working with EVS (European Voluntary Service) since 2004 and has hosted and sent many volunteers.
NEANIKOI ORIZONTES M.K.O.
Youth Horizons è un’organizzazione fondata da giovani per i giovani. Avendo acquisito esperienza nel campo del lavoro giovanile, ha iniziato le sue attività per mobilitare l’interesse dei giovani di tutta la Grecia per i programmi dell’iniziativa europea Erasmus+ e per garantirne la partecipazione attiva. L’obiettivo principale dell’azione di Youth Horizons è anche quello di creare una piattaforma estesa per l’informazione, l’apprendimento, lo scambio di conoscenze, l’esperienza e l’ispirazione per future azioni sociali collettive.
Youth Horizons is an organisation founded by young people for young people. Having gathered experience in the field of youth working, it started its activities in order to mobilize the interest of youth from all over Greece for the Erasmus+ European initiative programmes and to ensure their active participation in them. The main objective of the Youth Horizons action is also to create an extended platform for information, learning, exchange of knowledge, experience and inspiration for future collective social actions.

2 MEETING- WORKCAMP ATHENE
On 28 January 2023 in Megara, Greece, 12 young people from Italy, Greece and North Macedonia started the second appointment of the IRIS project, led by the Italian association SOS DIRITTI and supported by a consortium of expert associations from the Erasmus world such as ECA (IT), PEL (MK) and YOUTH HORIZONS (GR).
This meeting, structured like a work camp, was devoted to getting the kids’ hands dirty and introducing them to the world of social farming. The international team had the opportunity to come face to face with the hard work in the fields and the values it entails.
The objective of this work camp was to give the project participants practical experience regarding the manual activities connected to the agricultural world and to transmit the values that this world has intrinsic. The first phase of the work camp took place inside a family farm where the participants had the opportunity to learn about the production methods of pistachios, almonds, olives and grapes (the basis of the economy of the city of Megara, which has hosted the event).
The participants also tried their hand at the practical activity of preparing the vine for production and growth. The second phase of the work camp takes place on an ethical farm which, among the many activities, also includes hippotherapy workshops for young people and children with cognitive and socialization difficulties. At this juncture, the participants were able to acquire knowledge both on the breeding of farm animals and on the practical use of livestock also in a social key.
During this experience the participants also rode the animals destined for therapy, understanding more deeply the bond that binds them to children with difficulties. Here the participants were also able to refresh themselves by eating and drinking the typical products of the area, also deepening the phases of their production.
