L’obiettivo generale è quello di proporre un progetto di formazione che si propone di sviluppare, tra i partecipanti, skills e competenze tali da essere in grado di utilizzare gli strumenti digitali e multimediali in senso professionale. L’obiettivo principale del progetto è quindi quello di fornire a giovani professionisti, lavoratori, startupper e imprenditori le conoscenze digitali di base per il lancio della loro attività e gli strumenti essenziali per facilitare le dinamiche lavorative.
I risultati attesi dal progetto sono quelli di:
-migliorare le competenze dei giovani professionisti, lavoratori, startupper e imprenditori;
-creare e consolidare un network persone che rientrano nel suddetto gruppo target e che ha il potenziale di sopravvivere al progetto e di espandersi ulteriormente, aprendosi a ulteriori individui ed enti attivi nelle tematiche del progetto e nella promozione dei giovani nel mercato lavorativo.
The main objective is to propose a training project that aims to develop, among the participants, skills and competences such as to be able to use digital and multimedia tools in a professional sense. The main objective of the project is therefore to provide young professionals, workers, startuppers and entrepreneurs with the basic digital knowledge for the launch of their business and the essential tools for facilitating working dynamics.
The expected results that are expected to be obtained are therefore those of:
– improvement of the skills of young professionals, workers, startuppers and entrepreneurs;
– creation and consolidation of a network of people falling within the aforementioned target group that has the potential to survive the project and expand further, opening up to further individuals and entities active in the project’s themes and promoting young people in the labor market.

ASOCIATIA TINERILOR CY INITIATIVA CIVICA
Asociația Tinerilor cu Initiativa Civica (Associazione dei giovani con iniziativa civica) è un’organizzazione giovanile, apolitica, ONG che mira a guidare lo sviluppo della società rumena attirando i giovani verso la cittadinanza attiva e promuovendo i valori culturali locali e nazionali. A.T.I.C. è stata fondata nel 2016 a Galați da un gruppo di giovani per contribuire allo sviluppo sociale e personale della gioventù locale. Siamo attivi nella nostra comunità – lavorando con bambini e giovani provenienti da case di accoglienza, famiglie povere, anziani, disoccupati e con altri problemi sociali. Per realizzare i nostri obiettivi, collaboriamo con le famiglie, le autorità locali, le scuole elementari, le scuole superiori e le università e sviluppiamo progetti con loro.
Asociația Tinerilor cu Initiativa Civica (Association of Youth with Civic Initiative) is a youth organization, apolitical, NGO that aims to drive the development of the Romanian society attracting young people towards active citizenship and promoting the local and national cultural values. A.T.I.C. was established in 2016 in Galați by a group of young people in order to contribute to the social and personal development of local youth. We are active in our community – working with children and youth from placement homes, poor families, old people, unemployed and facing other social problems. In order to realize our objectives, we cooperate with families, local authorities, primary schools, high schools and universities and we develop projects with them.
UNITED SOCIETIES OF BALKANS
“United Societies of Balkans (U.S.B.)” è un’organizzazione non-profit (ONG) – un’organizzazione della società civile, creata a Salonicco nel 2008, da un team di giovani attivi, sensibilizzati socialmente e con una ricca esperienza di programmi di volontariato. La loro visione comprende l’empowerment dei giovani a livello locale, nazionale e internazionale, il dialogo interculturale, la promozione dei principi e dei valori della democrazia e dei diritti umani attraverso la mobilitazione e la mobilità dei giovani, la loro assimilazione al volontariato e la loro sensibilizzazione su questioni sociali.
“United Societies of Balkans (U.S.B)” is a non-governmental organization (NGO) – a civil society organization, created in Thessaloniki in 2008, by a team of active young people, socially sensitized and with rich experience around voluntary programs. Their vision includes the youth empowerment at local, national and international level, the intercultural dialogue, the promotion of principles and values of democracy and human rights through the mobilization and mobility of young people, their assimilation into volunteer work as well as their awareness raising on social issues.
ASSOCIATION INTERNATIONAL INITIATIVES FOR COOPERATION
L’Associazione “International Initiatives for Cooperation” (IIC) è un’organizzazione non governativa senza scopo di lucro fondata nel 2003. L’associazione opera sul territorio della Repubblica di Bulgaria, con sede nella città di Razlog.
La missione dell’associazione è quella di sviluppare e potenziare le capacità della società civile bulgara attraverso l’ideazione e l’implementazione di diversi progetti, attività e iniziative volte a promuovere lo sviluppo culturale, sociale ed economico del Paese e, rispettivamente, dei comuni del suo territorio.
Association “International Initiatives for Cooperation” (IIC) is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation established in 2003. The association is working on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, having its head office in the town of Razlog.
The mission of the association is to develop and build up the capacity of the civil society in Bulgaria through designing and implementing different projects, activities and initiatives aimed at promoting the cultural, social and economical development of the country and respectively of the municipalities on its territory.

Idea Europa Aps è un’organizzazione del terzo settore che si occupa principalmente di formazione e assistenza ad altre associazioni.
Opera con finalità civiche, solidaristiche e di utilità sociale, promuovendo la partecipazione, l’inclusione e il pieno sviluppo della persona, nonché valorizzando le potenzialità di crescita e di occupazione.
Idea Europa Aps si propone inoltre di creare una rete di associazioni per consentire lo scambio di idee e di buone pratiche, e di assisterle nell’accesso allo scenario europeo, nella realizzazione delle loro attività e nel perseguimento dei loro obiettivi. A tal fine, svolge attività di assistenza alle associazioni costituite e costituende, dalla redazione degli statuti, all’elaborazione di progetti regionali, nazionali ed europei, alla realizzazione di eventi culturali e formativi.

KICK OFF MEETING
4 November 2022 Salonicco, Greece
Il kick off meeting si è svolto a Salonicco (Grecia) il 4 novembre 2022 durante il quale vi è stata una presentazione di ogni partner della propria esperienza e una spiegazione circa le aspettative che si attendono dal progetto, una sessione di lavoro dedicata al calendario dettagliato del progetto e sugli indicatori specifici di risultato e misure di coinvolgimento degli Stakeholders. La riunione, a cui hanno partecipato i rappresentanti dei partner coinvolti ha consentito di delineare le modalità e criteri di scelta dei partecipanti all’attività di formazione che dovranno essere utilizzati da ciascun partner. L’incontro si è concluso con un proficuo confronto su strumenti e metodi di comunicazione e disseminazione.
The kick off meeting took place in Thessaloniki (Greece) on 4 November 2022 during which there was a presentation of each partner’s experience and an explanation about the expectations expected from the project, a working session dedicated to the detailed calendar of the project and on specific indicators of results and measures of involvement of stakeholders. The meeting, attended by the representatives of the partners involved, allowed to outline the modalities and criteria for choosing the participants in the training activity to be used by each partner. The meeting ended with a fruitful discussion on tools and methods of communication and dissemination.
TRAINING COURSE- 05.03.2023.ROMA
Oggi, 05/03/2023, a Roma, Italia, si è tenuto il primo training course del progetto DISK!
I partecipanti provenienti da Spagna, Bulgaria. Romania ed Italia, guidati dallo staff e di facilitazione di Social Academy, hanno avuto la possibilità di addentrarsi nel mondo dei social network, analizzando i pro e i contro del loro utilizzo e acquisendo conoscenza sui loro punti di forza nella promozione delle attività lavorative. Il progetto ha avuto modo di analizzare i concetti di personal branding e gli strumenti per uno smart working (remote working) ottimale in termini di qualità.
I partecipanti hanno avuto la possibilità, inoltre, di mettersi alla prova con i social network in un’attività pratica che ha visto come oggetto la creazione degli account social di progetto (Facebook, Whatsapp, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok) e della sua identità grafica (loghi e banner). Inoltre, le attività hanno previsto anche la creazione dei primi contenuti audio video e grafici del progetto e la creazione del qr relativo alle attività progettuali.
Il feedback dei nostri partecipanti sono stati entusiasti e il duro lavoro è stato ripagato da una qualità elevata degli output.
Siamo tutti estremamente eccitati per i passi successivi di questo progetto finanziato dalla commisione europea, nelle more del programma erasmus+.

Today, 05/03/2023, the first training course of the DISK project was held in Rome, Italy!
Participants from Spain, Bulgaria, Romania and Italy, guided by the staff and facilitators of Social Academy, had the opportunity to delve into the world of social networks, analyzing the pros and cons of their use and acquiring knowledge of their strengths in promoting work activities.
The project had the opportunity to analyze the concepts of personal branding and the tools for optimal smart working (remote working) in terms of quality.
Participants also had the opportunity to test themselves with social networks in a practical activity which had as its object the creation of the project’s social accounts (Facebook, Whatsapp, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok) and its graphic identity (logos and banners).
Furthermore, the activities also included the creation of the first audio-video and graphic contents of the project and the creation of the qr relating to the project activities.
The feedback from our participants was enthusiastic and the hard work paid off with high quality outputs. We are all extremely excited about the next steps of this project funded by the European Commission, pending the Erasmus+ programme.

CLOSING MEETING A ROMA
Roma, 8 settembre 2023.
Oggi si è tenuto a Roma il closing meeting nel nostro progetto. Il meeting ha visto la partecipazione delle figure delle organizzazioni coinvolte nella realizzazione del progetto. Il meeting finale è stato essenziale per le organizzazioni coinvolte.
Durante questo incontro, è stato possibile effettuare una valutazione dettagliata dei risultati conseguiti fino a quel momento e dell’impatto generato dal progetto. Abbiamo discusso insieme l’analisi dei risultati e valutato proposte per nuovi progetti futuri che coinvolgono il network dei partner. Tra i risultati presentati, abbiamo analizzato la piattaforma e-learning creata da Social Academy e ci siamo dedicati alla preparazione dei punti chiavi di questa formazione. Allo stesso tempo, sono stati esaminati gli sviluppi futuri del lavoro svolto. Si è pianificata e sviluppata la cooperazione per il futuro e si sono potenziate le strategie e gli strumenti di disseminazione al fine di mantenere viva l’importanza dei risultati del progetto anche dopo la scadenza del periodo di eleggibilità.
È stato un incontro straordinario che ha dimostrato il nostro impegno comune e la dedizione alla realizzazione del progetto. Siamo entusiasti dei risultati che abbiamo ottenuto e dell’entusiasmo che tutti i partecipanti e partners hanno dimostrato nel perseguire gli obiettivi condivisi. Grazie al impegno collettivo, abbiamo reso questo progetto un successo, preparando il terreno per un futuro ancor più promettente.
CLOSING MEETING IN ROME
Rome, 8th of September 2023.
Today the closing meeting in our project was held in Rome. The meeting was attended by the figures of the organisations involved in the realisation of the project. The closing meeting was essential for the organisations involved.
During this meeting, it was possible to make a detailed evaluation of the results achieved so far and the impact generated by the project. We discussed together the analysis of the results and evaluated proposals for new future projects involving the partner network. Among the results presented, we analysed the e-learning platform created by Social Academy and devoted ourselves to the preparation of the key points of this training. At the same time, future developments of the work were examined. Cooperation for the future was planned and developed, and dissemination strategies and tools were strengthened in order to maintain the relevance of the project results even after the eligibility period had expired.
It was an extraordinary meeting that demonstrated our common commitment and dedication to the realisation of the project. We are thrilled with the results we achieved and the enthusiasm that all participants and partners showed in pursuing the shared goals. Thanks to our collective commitment, we made this project a success, paving the way for an even more promising future.
