Il progetto mira a favorire un cambiamento nel comportamento dei padri per dare alle donne la possibilità di conciliare la maternità e il lavoro. La cura dei bambini e la gestione della famiglia sono quasi sempre responsabilità esclusiva delle donne/madri.
L’obiettivo è quindi quello di sensibilizzare i padri e capire l’importanza del loro ruolo in questo settore in modo da riequilibrare i compiti e le responsabilità all’interno della famiglia su entrambi i genitori.
La sensibilizzazione dei padri avverrà attraverso una serie di attività di formazione:
tra cui una mobilità in Finlandia, un paese che dà grande importanza alla questione, dove sarà possibile condividere le esperienze dei padri finlandesi; i partecipanti potranno comprendere le esigenze della donna/madre nel periodo dal pre al post parto; e le attività per i padri sono finalizzate a far capire al padre come gestire i bisogni dei bambini nei primi anni di vita al fine di esserne personalmente responsabile.
I risultati da raggiungere riguardano il cambiamento del modo di vedere i padri rispetto al loro ruolo all’interno della famiglia.
Attraverso questionari mirati sarà possibile valutare l’apprendimento delle nozioni di base e dei comportamenti più corretti da tenere in determinate circostanze e situazioni che si presentano nella vita quotidiana. Sarà anche possibile valutare attraverso un questionario di soddisfazione se questo corso è considerato significativo dai padri.

Action: Partnerships for cooperation and exchanges of practices
The project aims to encourage a change in fathers’ behaviour in order to give women the opportunity to reconcile motherhood and work. Childcare and family management are almost always the sole responsibility of women/mothers.
The aim is therefore to raise fathers’ awareness and understanding of the importance of their role in this area so as to rebalance the tasks and responsibilities within the family on both parents.
Fathers’ awareness will be raised through a series of training activities:
including a mobility to Finland, a country that attaches great importance to this issue, where it will be possible to share the experiences of Finnish fathers; participants will be able to understand the needs of the woman/mother in the pre- to post-natal period; and the activities for fathers are aimed at making fathers understand how to manage the needs of children in the early years in order to be personally responsible for them.
The results to be achieved concern the change in the way fathers view their role within the family.
Through targeted questionnaires it will be possible to assess the learning of the basics and the most correct behaviour in certain circumstances and situations that arise in everyday life. It will also be possible to assess through a satisfaction questionnaire whether this course is considered meaningful by fathers.The partnership consists of Euromamme as lead partner, with the Finnish association Miessakit Ry and the Croatian association Dante.

KICK OFF MEETING
Si è svolta, in data 08 Aprile 2022, la riunione virtuale tra i membri dello staff delle associazioni coinvolte nel progetto “ Padri in gioco”, finanziato dalla Commissione Europea, con il fine di definire i dettagli ed il quadro del progetto.
Durante l’incontro, oltre alla definizione delle attività, si è anche scelta l’identità visiva del progetto, che ha, quindi, un logo ufficiale.
La partnership si è dimostrata partecipativa e pronta a collaboare per ottenere grendi risultati… quindi, cominciamo!!!
On 08 April 2022, a virtual meeting took place between the staff members of the associations involved in the project “Fathers at play”, financed by the European Commission, in order to define the details and framework of the project.During the meeting, in addition to the definition of the activities, the visual identity of the project was also chosen, which therefore has an official logo.
The partnership proved to be participative and ready to work together for great results… so, let’s get started!!!
INTERNATIONAL MEETING
Helsinki, Finland 14 –15 December 2022
L’incontro si è svolto presso la sede dell’associazione Miessakit e ha coinvolto molti padri.
Durante l’incontro i rappresentanti dell’associazione Miessakit hanno presentato le loro attività e illustrato il funzionamento dei loro progetti a favore degli uomini.
Le buone pratiche e gli studi di casi sono stati condivisi. I partecipanti hanno discusso le differenze normative tra i paesi coinvolti nel progetto e analizzato alcuni aspetti salienti del rapporto tra padre e figli in diversi contesti europei.
INTERNATIONAL MEETING
Helsinki, Finland 14 –15 December 2022
The meeting took place at the headquarters of the association Miessakit and involved many fathers.
During the meeting representatives of the Miessakit association presented their activities and illustrated the operation of their projects in favor of men.
Good practices and case studies were shared. The participants discussed the regulatory differences between the countries involved in the project and analysed some salient aspects of the relationship between father and children in different European contexts.
II MEETING ROMA-09.03.23
Il 9 Marzo a Roma, Italia, si è tenuto il secondo transnational meeting del progetto Fathers at stake. Il progetto si pone come obiettivo quello di cambiare le condizioni e i rapporti all’interno delle famiglie per rendere più egualitario l’apporto dei genitori nella crescita dei bambini e nell’economia delle task familiari. Facendo questo, il progetto, si propone di cambiare la condizione delle madri e dei padri e sviluppare una nuova concezione familiare in un mondo in costante evoluzione, nel quale la figura di madre non può e non deve coincidere forzatamente con quella dell’elemento della famiglia che accudisce i figli e gestisce le dinamiche familiari.
Durante il meeting i partecipanti hanno avuto modo di mettere a confronto i sistemi familiari tipici dei paesi dai quali provengono. Così facendo hanno avuto la possibilità di condividere buone pratiche sul tema della gestione parentale e della casa.
Inoltre i partecipanti hanno avuto modo di condividere e paragonare le leggi nazionali in tema di separazione, divorzio, allontanamento dal lavoro per maternità e paternità (parental leave) e custodia della prole.
Al termine dell’attività i partecipanti hanno compilato un questionario per valutare il lìvello di apprendimento e conoscenzE acquisite durante i due meeting del progetto.
I risultati saranno pubblicati nelle prossime settimane.
II MEETING- ROME 09.03.23
The second transnational meeting of the Fathers at stake project was held on March 9 in Rome, Italy. The project aims to change the conditions and relationships within families to make the parents’ contribution in the upbringing of children and in the economy of family tasks more egalitarian.
By doing this, the project aims to change the condition of mothers and fathers and develop a new family concept in a constantly evolving world, in which the figure of the mother cannot and must not necessarily coincide with that of the element of the family who takes care of the children and manages the family dynamics.
During the meeting, the participants were able to compare the typical family systems of the countries they come from. In doing so, they had the opportunity to share good practices on parental and home management. In addition, the participants had the opportunity to share and compare national laws on separation, divorce, removal from work for maternity and paternity (parental leave) and child custody.
At the end of the activity, the participants filled out a questionnaire to evaluate the level of learning and knowledge acquired during the two project meetings. The results will be published in the coming weeks.
CLOSING MEETING- ZAGABRIA
Il giorno 20 Aprile 2023, si è tenuto a Zagabria il meeting finale del progetto “ Padri in gioco-Fathers at stake” ( n. 2021-1-IT02-KA210-ADU-000034929) promosso da Euromamme e finanziato dalla comunità europea.
Durante il meeting finale sono stati discussi i risultati raccolti durante il progetto e ne è stata definita la chiave di lettura.
Il supporto di tutte le organizzazioni è stato essenziale per la diffusione dei risultati ottenuti ma allo stesso tempo un punto di partenza per attività future da porre in essere nella stessa direzione.
Il gruppo di destinatari di tale attività sono stati i padri che hanno partecipato al progetto, le rispettive mogli/compagne e le comunità interessate.
Tale attività ha gettato le basi per effettuare delle importanti valutazioni e definire un nuovo punto di partenza per continuare nella stessa direzione. E’ stato importante coinvolgere i padri nell’essere i promotori verso il cambiamento nella società sollecitando il cambiamento anche negli altri padri al di fuori del progetto.
Il target group di tale attività è rappresentato dai partecipanti al progetto e le loro famiglie, ma anche la collettività che verrà informata sui risultati del progetto attraverso sito, social e e-mail.
La disseminazione dei risultati è stato molto importante per diffondere tra i padri la consapevolezza che è il momento di iniziare a cambiare il modo di vedere la donna/madre rispetto alla gestione della famiglia e del lavoro.
On April 20, 2023, the final meeting of the project “Padri in gioco-Fathers at stake” ( n.2021-1-IT02-KA210-ADU-000034929) promoted by Euromamme and funded by the European community was held in Zagreb.
During the final meeting, the results collected during the project were discussed and the key was defined.
The support of all organizations was essential for the dissemination of the results obtained but at the same time a starting point for future activities to be carried out in the same direction.
The target group for this activity was the participating fathers, their wives/partners and the communities concerned.
This activity has laid the foundations for making important assessments and defining a new starting point to continue in the same direction. It was important to involve the fathers in being the promoters of change in society by urging change in other fathers outside the project.
The target group of this activity is represented by the project participants and their families, but also the community that will be informed about the project results through website, social and email.
The dissemination of the results was very important to spread among fathers the awareness that it is time to start changing the way of seeing the woman/mother with respect to the management of the family and work.
