L’obiettivo generale del progetto è quello di migliorare l’alfabetizzazione e le competenze digitali delle persone di età superiore ai 65 anni e di incrementare la loro autonomia nell’uso e nella gestione dei dispositivi mobili e delle loro applicazioni.
Gli obiettivi specifici sono: offrire un’istruzione e una formazione efficace agli studenti anziani in materia di alfabetizzazione digitale mobile; implementare un corso on line open source per aiutare educatori e volontari che mirano a implementare un corso on line open source per aiutare gli educatori e i volontari che mirano a supportare gli anziani nell’alfabetizzazione digitale di sviluppare un’applicazione di assistenza virtuale mirata agli utenti senior.
The general objective of the project is to enhance digital literacy and skills in people over 65 years old and boost their autonomy in using and manage mobile devices and their apps.
The specific objectives are: to offer efficient education and training to elderly learners in digital mobile literacy; to implement an on line course open source to help educators and volunteers that aim to support elderly in digital literacy; to develop an app of virtual assistance targeted on elderly users.
Il principale impatto atteso è l’empowerment degli anziani nella transizione digitale che migliorerà la loro vita con un servizio utile. Pertanto, l’obiettivo è quello di offrire un corso online open source per gli educatori e i formatori per fornire le competenze, la metodologia, la lingua, il materiale didattico materiale didattico mirato a studenti di età superiore ai 65 anni e di successo. Un’applicazione mobile per l’assistenza virtuale agli utenti senior per aiutarli a superare le loro difficoltà nella gestione di un elenco di applicazioni più utili per la loro vita quotidiana.
The main impact is an empowerment of seniors in the digital transformation that will improve their life with helpful services. Thus, the aim is to offer an Online Course open source for educators and trainers to provide the skills, methodology, language, teaching material targeted on over 65 years old learners and efficient successful. A mobile application for virtual assistance to senior users to help them to overcome their difficulties in managing a list of the apps more helpful for their daily life.

Il 4 marzo 2023 si è tenuto il kick off meeting che ha dato ufficialmente inizio alle attività del progetto Seniors Go App!. La riunione si è tenuta a Roma (Italia) ed è stata ospitata da Social Academy.
La riunione è stata la occasione per incontrare ai partners, per definire le attività, il loro contenuto e i tempi di ogni meeting. Oltre il coinvolgimento dello staff di Social Academy, il meeting ha visto la partecipazione di Mitra, proveniente dalla Francia, e di AKLUB, proveniente della Repubblica Ceca. Seniors GO APP! nasce per per migliorare la competenza e le capacità digitali delle persone di età superiore ai 65 anni e aumentare la loro autonomia nell’uso e nella gestione dei dispositivi mobili e delle loro applicazioni.
Dopo questo kick off meeting, le associazioni sono già alle prese con l’organizzazione dei prossimi eventi internazionali e locali. Il prossimo meeting sarà a Praga ad Aprile.

On 4 March 2023, the kick-off meeting was held to officially start the activities of the Seniors Go App! project. The meeting took place in Rome (Italy) and was hosted by our Italian partner, Social Academy.
The meeting was an opportunity to meet our partners, to define the activities, their content and the timing. In addition to the involvement of Social Academy staff, the meeting was attended by Mitra from France and AKLUB from the Czech Republic. Seniors GO APP! was created to enhance the digital competence and skills of people over 65 and increase their autonomy in the use and management of mobile devices and their apps.
After this kick off meeting, the associations are already working on the organisation the next international and local events.
WORKSHOP A PRAGA
Praga, 23 Aprile 2023
Domenica 23 Aprile lo staff di esperti delle organizzazioni partner si sono riuniti in un workshop durante il quale sono stati analizzati gli inputs dell’attività di analisi e le buone pratiche per l’uso dei mobile devices dei seniors. Infatti i partecipanti sono stati gli autori di un brain storming e si sono beneficiati della condivisone di idee, skills, esperienze acquisendo nuove prospettive e inputs per lo sviluppo delle attività del progetto ma anche per il loro personale percorso formativo e professionale.
Durante le attività sono stati definiti i topics e le modalità di implementazione dei contenuti, delle metodologie, delle strategie e del materiale che andranno a comporre la struttura portante del corso di alfabetizzazione e sviluppo delle competenze digitali per utenti senior in ambito di tecnologia mobile.
Come previsto, i risultati che abbiamo ottenuto del workshop sono l’elaborazione di linee guida, fattori motivazionali, analisi dei bisogni e di dieci applicazioni principali su cui focalizzare l’insegnamento. Questi contenuti andranno a comporre il corso di formazione destinato ai seniors che verrano sviluppati digitalmente da Social Academy.
WORKSHOP IN PRAGUE
On Sunday, 23rd April, the expert staff of the partner organisations gathered in a workshop to analyse inputs from the analysis activity and good practices for the use of mobile devices by seniors. In fact, the participants were the authors of a brain storming session and benefited from sharing ideas, skills, and experiences acquiring new perspectives and inputs for the development of the project activities but also for their personal training and professional development.
During the activities, the topics and ways of implementing the content, methodologies, strategies and material that will form the backbone of the digital literacy and skills development course for senior users in the field of mobile technology were defined.
As expected, the results obtained from the workshop are the elaboration of guidelines, motivational factors, needs analysis and ten main applications to focus on. This content will make up the training course for seniors to be digitally developed by Social Academy.
CLOSING MEETING A NIZZA
Finisce con un incontro tra i boards delle associazioni, l’8 Luglio 2023, l’avventura del Progetto SENIORS GO APP.il progetto, cofinanziato dalla Commissione Europa nell’ambito del programma erasmus plus, si occupato della relazione fattiva tra i seniorse il digitale.Negli incontri di Roma, Praga e Nizza i partecipanti hanno sviluppato i contenuti per un mooc ed una app che possa davvero fungere come sostegno a tutti quegli over 60 che, pur volendo, non riescono a trovare la propria via nel mondo del digitale.I nostri sforzi si sono concentrati su un videocorso che verrà pubblicato nei prossimi giorni e una app (per android e ios) che è stata presentata proprio durante questo incontro in terra francese. Ora continua la fase molto delicata di disseminazione dei risultati e dei deliverables del progetto. Ringraziamo tutti i partecipanti ed i professionisti che hanno preso parte a questo lungo e importante percorso.

CLOSING MEETING IN NICE
The adventure of the SENIORS GO APP Project ends with a meeting between the boards ofthe associations on 8 July 2023. the project, co-financed by the European Commission under the erasmus plus programme, dealt with the active relationship between seniors and digital technology. In the meetings in Rome, Prague and Nice, the participants developed the contents for a mooc and an app that can really serve as a support to all those over 60 who, even if they want to, cannot find their way in the digital world.Our efforts have focused on a video course that will be published in the next few days and an app (for Android and iOS) that was presented during this meeting in France. Now the very delicate phase of disseminating the results and deliverables of the project continues. We thank all the participants and professionals who took part in this long and important journey.
