Il kick off meeting del progetto “Skilled mum for the future”, finanziato dalla Commissione Europea grazie al programma Erasmus+ , piccola collaborazione nel settore VET, è avvenuto il 28 marzo 2022 a Roma ed ha visto la partecipazione del personale di staff delle associazioni del consorzio. In particolare, EUROMAMME come leader di progetto, assieme alle associazioni ASSOCIATION FOR PROGRESS, EDUCATION AND LOBBYING, dalla Macedonia del Nord, FUNDACIÓN DÉDALO, dalla Spagna e CULTURA DEMOCRATICA dal Belgio.
L’obiettivo generale consiste nel migliorare l’accesso delle giovani madri a strumenti formativi di qualità per implementare le loro conoscenze digitali e competenze trasversali per le nuove professioni. Questo goal verrà raggiunto tramite il raggiungimento di altri due obiettivi specifici, in particolare:
- La creazione percorsi formativi specifici per le giovani madri
- Il miglioramento della formazione dei formatori in materia di pedagogia digitale inclusiva legata all’utilizzo di strumenti digitali
I risultati attesi dal progetto appena iniziato, sono la creazione di linee guida, in formato digitale open source, che delineino percorsi formativi diretti alle giovani madri per l’acquisizione e accrescimento delle conoscenze digitali e delle competenze trasversali per le nuove professioni e la creazione di brevi video lezioni realizzate mediante l’applicazione di strumenti digitali e con una pedagogia digitali inclusiva, avente come contenuto le linee guide ideate nel risultato precedente.
I risultati di questo progetto saranno prodotti tramite lo svolgimento di diverse attività che vedono coinvolti i membri dello staff delle associazioni facenti partner del consorzio. Oltre al kick off meeting appena svoltosi, necessario ad illustrare gli aspetti che concorrono a delineare i confini del progetto, è previsto un workshop transnazionale, composto da quattro gruppi di lavoro per delineare linee guida in materia di competenze digitali e trasversali ed una formazione online in materia di pedagogia digitale inclusiva rivolto ai
formatori. Infine, ci sarà un evento conclusivo di disseminazione, per la presentazione, diffusione e valorizzazione dei risultati.

The kick off meeting of the project “Skilled mum for the future”, funded by the European Commission through the Erasmus+ program, small collaboration in the VET sector, took place on March 28, 2022 in Rome and was attended by the staff of the associations of the consortium. In particular, EUROMAMME as project leader, together with the associations ASSOCIATION FOR PROGRESS, EDUCATION AND LOBBYING, from North Macedonia, FUNDACIÓN DÉDALO, from Spain and CULTURA DEMOCRATICA from Belgium.
The main goal is to improve young mothers’ access to quality training tools to implement their digital knowledge and soft skills for new professions. This goal will be achieved through the achievement of two other specific objectives, in particular:
- The creation of specific training paths for young mothers.
- The improvement of trainers’ training on inclusive digital pedagogy related to the use of digital tools.
The expected results of the project just started, are the creation of guidelines, in open source digital format, outlining training paths directed to young mothers for the acquisition and growth of digital knowledge and transversal skills for new professions and the creation of short video lessons made through the application of digital tools and inclusive digital pedagogy, having as content the guidelines designed in the previous result.
The results of this project will be produced through the development of different activities involving the staff members of the associations that are partners in the consortium. In addition to the kick off that has just taken place, necessary to illustrate the aspects that contribute to delineate the boundaries of the project, there will be a transnational workshop, consisting of four working groups to outline guidelines about digital and transversal skills and online training on inclusive digital pedagogy for trainers.
Finally, there will be a closing meeting event, for the presentation, dissemination and exploitation of results.

L’associazione PEL è un’organizzazione senza scopo di lucro, e non governativa che mira a migliorare la
situazione dei giovani e delle donne in tutti i settori della vita sociale. Questo si ottiene attraverso la
promozione dei diritti umani e del volontariato e dei loro valori e rendendo queste cose possibili a tutti i cittadini.
I membri di PEL appartengono a diversi gruppi etnici, religiosi o di genere che vivono in Macedonia a partire dai 16 anni di età.
Campi principali su cui lavora: diritti umani, questioni di genere, consapevolezza della comunità, inclusione di gruppi emarginati e minoranze, migrazione, volontariato e sviluppo sostenibile.
PEL lavora con lo SVE (Servizio Volontario Europeo) dal 2004 e ha ospitato e inviato molti volontari. Attualmente possiamo agire come organizzazione di invio, organizzazione di accoglienza e coordinamento (2017-1-MK01-KA110-03544).
Alcune delle attività che svolge:
Organizzare workshop, formazioni, seminari, tavole rotonde, piattaforme sui valori
che promuoviamo;
Promozione dei nostri obiettivi e delle nostre attività attraverso i media e le riunioni pubbliche;

Association PEL is non-profit, non-governmental organization with aim to improve the situation of young people and women in all areas of social life. This is achieved by promotion of human rights and voluntarism and their values and by making these things possible to all citizens.
Members of PEL belong to different ethnic, religious or gender groups that live in Macedonia on age from 16 years old.
Main fields on which it works on: human rights, gender issues, community awareness, inclusion of marginalised groups and minorities, migration, voluntarism and sustainable development. PEL has been working with EVS (European Voluntary Service) since 2004 and has hosted and sent many volunteers. We can currently act as sending, hosting and coordinating organization (2017-1-MK01-KA110-03544).
Some of the activities it does:
– Organizing workshops, trainings, seminars, round tables, platforms about the values
that we promote;
– Promotion of our aims and activities through media and public gathering;
– Organizing campaigns (local, national and international),
– Coordinating exchange of volunteers on local, national and international level;
– Cooperation with other local and international organizations that promote our values.
Dedalo Foundation for the Development of the Information Society – Tudela (Spain)
La Fondazione Dedalo per lo sviluppo della società dell’informazione è un’organizzazione senza scopo di lucro nel sud della regione di Navarra in Spagna. Il consiglio comunale di Tudela, il governo della
Navarra, attraverso i suoi dipartimenti di Società dell’Informazione, Educazione e Amministrazione Locale,
e altre due entità sono coinvolte nel suo patrocinio: Consorcio EDER (Agenzia di sviluppo locale
Agenzia di Sviluppo Locale) e ATANA (Associazione di Imprese Informatiche).
La missione della Fondazione Dedalo è quella di promuovere e sviluppare la Società dell’Informazione in
Navarra. Per raggiungere questo obiettivo, la Fondazione gestisce 11 centri di competenze digitali
e promuove l’organizzazione di attività tra cittadini, aziende, promotori e organizzazioni.
L’ente ha sviluppato più di 30 progetti relativi a migliorare l’uso delle TIC attraverso tecnologie innovative, apprendimento in classe e online, Social Media e web 2.0, sensibilizzazione nell’uso sicuro delle tecnologie e delle reti sociali, imprenditorialità e Industria 4.0. Dedalo ha anche una grande esperienza nella gestione e nel coordinamento di progetti europei (Interreg IIIC, Interreg IVC, Leonardo da Vinci, Grundtvig, Progress, Horizon 2020 ed Erasmus+).
Un’area di specializzazione di Dedalo è la promozione della formazione informatica, con più di 15 anni di
esperienza nella promozione delle competenze digitali di base e avanzate nell’uso delle tecnologie, di
Internet e la formazione per l’occupazione. Il lavoro sviluppato dall’ente comprende 3.250 attività di formazione, 27.500 ore di insegnamento e un totale di 55.500 partecipanti.
Un’altra attività chiave è quella di diventare uno strumento strategico per le PMI e gli imprenditori. Dedalo offre servizi di consulenza dando supporto ai manager delle aziende per pensare alla loro infrastruttura IT come un fattore chiave all’interno della catena del valore dell’azienda, aiutandoli a identificare esigenze e a trovare soluzioni per risolvere i punti critici. In una seconda fase, cerca di sostenere i manager delle PMI manager delle PMI nell’implementazione delle soluzioni ICT. Dedalo gioca il ruolo di un esperto esterno a cui cui possono affidarsi, dando loro consigli lungo il processo.
Dedalo Foundation for the Development of the Information Society is a non-profit organization in the South of Navarra’s region in Spain. The Tudela’s town council, the Government of Navarre through its Departments of Information Society, Education and Local Administration, and two more entities are involved in its patronage: Consorcio EDER (Local Development Agency) and ATANA (IT Business Association).
The mission of Dedalo Foundation is to promote and develop the Information Society in Navarra. To achieve this objective the Foundation is managing 11 digital competences centres and is promoting the organization of activities among citizens, companies, promoters and organizations.
The entity has developed more than 30 projects related to improve the use of ICTs through innovative technologies, classroom-based learning and online learning, Social Media and web 2.0, sensibilization in the secure use of Technologies and Social Networks, entrepreneurship and Industry 4.0. One area of specialization of Dedalo is the promotion of IT training, with more than 15 years of experience promoting basic and advanced digital competences in the use of Technologies, the Internet and the training for employment. The work developed by the entity includes 3.250 training activities, 27.500 teaching hours and a total of 55.500 attendees.
Another key activity is to become a strategic tool for SMEs and entrepreneurs. Dedalo offers
advice services giving support to the company managers in order to think on their IT
infrastructure as a key factor inside the company’s chain of value, helping them to identify
needs and finding solutions to solve critical points. In a second step, it tries to support SME’s
managers in the implementation of ICT solutions. Dedalo plays the role of an external expert in
which they can rely on, giving them advice along the process.

La serietà e l’importanza delle nostre iniziative sono state premiate con il Patrocinio della Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri e l’Adesione del Presidente della Repubblica.

Cultura Democratica is the first think tank, born in Italy and based in Brussels, which consists in the participation of young people in the path of reforms of the country and in the formation of a young and competent ruling class that promotes legislative innovation and good government policies both in Italy and in Europe. The seriousness and importance of our initiatives have been rewarded with the patronage of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and the endorsement of the President of the Republic.
The activities concern, in particular, the elaboration of modern and innovative legislative proposals that are presented at the Senate of the Republic or the Chamber of Deputies during a special ceremony.
LET’S START! Parte la prima attività a Roma!
Euromamme ha il piacere di annunciare che il progetto “skilled mum for future” è arrivato al suo secondo evento internazionale.
Infatti il progetto, presentato e vinto nell’ambito del programma Erasmus + ka210 VET e finanziato dalla commissione Europea, ha registrato un ulteriore step in avanti con un evento internazionale tenutosi a Roma il 6 e 7 settembre.
L’evento, organizzato da Euromamme con il supporto dei partners PEL (nord macedonia) DEDALO (spagna) e CULTURA DEMOCRATICA (belgio), ha visto come protagonisti più di venti tra i membri degli staff delle associazioni partner.
Il tema del progetto è quello dei reinserimento delle neomamme nel mercato del lavoro.
I workshop che si sono svolti durante questo evento internazionale si dividono principalmente in due tipologie: lo studio/approfondimento e lavoro sul tema/ricerca dell’innovazione.
Euromamme is pleased to announce that the “skilled mum for future” project has reached its second international event.
In fact, the project, presented and won as part of the Erasmus + ka210 VET program and funded by the European Commission, recorded a further step forward with an international event held in Rome on 6 and 7 September.
The event, organized by Euromamme with the support of the partners PEL (north macedonia) DEDALO (spain) and CULTURA DEMOCRATICA (belgium), included as protagonists more than twenty people coming from staff members of the partner associations.
The topic of the project is that of reintegrating new mothers into the labor market.
The workshops that took place during this international event are mainly divided into two types: study / in-depth study and work on the theme / research of innovation.
Il primo giorno infatti il gruppo ha svolto un importante approfondimento, a seguito di ricerche effettuate dagli staff delle associazioni partner, su 4 macrotemi:
– Competenze trasversali e orientamento al settore delle nuove professioni per le giovani madri.
– Come presentarsi nel mondo del lavoro nel settore delle nuove professioni
per le giovani madri.
– Come fare imprenditoria nel settore delle nuove professioni per le giovani madri.
– Smartworking e competenze digitali nel settore delle nuove professioni per le giovani madri.
Al termine degli approfondimenti ogni partecipante ha avuto modo di condividere le proprie esperienze sul tema e le proprie esperienze professionali.
Nella seconda giornata, facendo proprie le nozioni e le competenze acquisite durante gli approfondimenti, il gruppo ha lavorato sulla costruzione (per ognuna delle 4 tematiche prescelte) di linee guida da mettere a disposizione delle giovani madri e delle neomamme in generale per facilitarne l’inserimento/reinserimento nel mercato del lavoro.
I risultati verranno pubblicati a breve sulle nostre pagine social.
In fact, on the first day the group carried out an important study, following research carried out by the staff of the partner associations, on 4 macro-themes:
– Transversal skills and orientation to the sector of new professions for young mothers.
– How to present yourself in the world of work in the sector of new professions
for young mothers.
– How to do entrepreneurship in the sector of new professions for young mothers.
– Smartworking and digital skills in the sector of new professions for young mothers.
At the end of the in-depth analysis, each participant was able to share their experiences on the subject and their professional experiences.
On the second day, making the notions and skills acquired during the in-depth studies their own, the group worked on the construction (for each of the 4 selected themes) of guidelines to be made available to young mothers and new mothers in general to facilitate their insertion. / reintegration into the labor market.

ONLINE TRAINING COURSE SKILLED MOM FOR THE FUTURE
Continua il progetto Skilled Mom for the future!
Nei giorni 29 e 30 marzo partecipanti da Macedonia del Nord, Italia e Spagna si sono incontrati virtualmente per il secondo appuntamento del progetto Skilled Mom for the future, cofinanziato dalla Commissione Europea nell’ambito del programma Erasmus +.
In questi giorni i partecipanti hanno affrontato strumenti digitali come Canva, Kahoot, Ahaslides e Mentimeter con l’obiettivo di creare brevi videolezioni applicando queste tecniche di pedagogia digitale.
Il primo giorno si sono occupati di Canva e dei suoi nuovi aggiornamenti. In questo modo i partecipanti hanno avuto un’ampia visione dello strumento e di come utilizzarlo e implementarlo nella loro vita personale e lavorativa.
Dopo aver visto tutti i contenuti, ai partecipanti è stato assegnato un compito: creare una presentazione Canva da zero e registrarsi parlando dell’argomento scelto. Ecco alcuni dei risultati:
Per quanto riguarda il secondo giorno, l’argomento era la gamification e come implementarla. Si è parlato di strumenti digitali come Kahoot e Ahaslides fornendo ai partecipanti gli strumenti per applicarli.
ONLINE TRAINING COURSE SKILLED MOM FOR THE FUTURE
The project Skilled Mom for the future continues!
On March 29 and 30, participants from North Macedonia, Italy, and Spain met virtually for the second meeting of the project Skilled Mom for the future, co-funded by the European Commission under the Erasmus + program.
During these days the participants tackled digital tools such as Canva, Kahoot, Ahaslides and Mentimeter with the aim of creating short video lessons applying these digital pedagogy techniques.
The first day they dealt with Canva and its new updates. This gave participants a broad view of the tool and how to use and implement it in their personal and work lives.
After viewing all the content, participants were given a task: create a Canva presentation from scratch and record themselves talking about their chosen topic.
As for the second day, the topic was gamification and how to implement it. Digital tools such as Kahoot and Ahaslides were discussed, providing participants with the tools to apply them.
Closing meeting a Bruxelles
Il nostro progetto è giunto al termine e Bruxelles è stata la nostra sede per concluderlo. Martedì 6 giugno si è tenuta la chiusura del progetto ed è stata l’occasione per discutere e analizzare i risultati finali prodotti durante l’intero progetto. Siamo pienamente soddisfatti della collaborazione dei nostri partner e dei partecipanti e siamo felici di condividere il lavoro prodotto con le nostre comunità.
Durante l’incontro, le delegazioni hanno avuto la possibilità di lavorare su un sondaggio per verificare l’impatto dei risultati sugli stakeholder e discutere di nuove idee per il follow-up.
Infine, vorremmo ringraziare ancora una volta tutti i professionisti e i partecipanti coinvolti nel progetto per aver contribuito al raggiungimento degli obiettivi e dei risultati del progetto.
Closing meeting in Brussels
Our project has come to an end and Brussels was our venue to conclude it. On Tuesday 6th of June, we had the closure of the project and it was the opportunity to discuss and analyse the final results produced during the entire project. We are fully satisfied with our partners and participants collaboration and we are delighted to share all the work produced with our communities.
During the meeting, the delegations had the chance to work on a survey in order to check the impact of the results on the stakeholders as well discussing about new ideas for the follow up.
Last but not least, we’ll like to thank once again all the professionals and participants involved in the project for contributing to achieve the project’s goals and results.
